Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purchase and Payment Process

To formalize any order, a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total quoted value is required. The start of any project is subject to confirmation of said payment.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer.

  • Mercado Pago.

  • PayPal.

Note on commissions: Payments made through intermediary platforms (Mercado Pago and PayPal) generate an operational commission of an additional 5%, which must be fully covered by the client.

2. Production Times

The production period begins exclusively upon confirmation of the advance payment and receipt of all necessary information for the project.

  • Estimated timeframe: Between 20 and 30 calendar days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.

  • Notice: Production time is independent of shipping transit times.

3. Order Settlement

Upon completion of production, visual evidence (photograph or video) of the finished product will be sent to the client. It is an essential requirement to settle the remaining balance for the order to be released and delivered to the corresponding courier service.

4. Logistics and Shipping

Shipments are managed only after full payment for the service has been received.

  • Coverage: Domestic (via DHL) and International (via FedEx).

  • Costs: Shipping cost is separate from the product value and is borne by the client.

  • Delivery times: Vary by destination, with an estimated 2 to 10 business days.

  • Transit incidents: In case of delays by the logistics company, Cocono Studio will act as an intermediary for tracking and problem resolution, although it is not responsible for delays beyond our internal management.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policies

Due to the customized nature of our services:

  • Cancellations: Once the advance payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted, nor are deposit refunds issued.

  • Modifications: No changes to design or product specifications are allowed once the production process has begun.

6. Characteristics of Customized Products

Each piece is handmade. Therefore, the client accepts that there may be slight variations in shades, shapes, or minor details, which is inherent to the manual process and makes each product unique.

7. Responsibility and Warranties

We are committed to ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards before leaving our studio.

  • Total Loss or Damage: In case of loss confirmed by the courier service, product replacement or a full refund of the investment will be offered.

  • Product Damage: If the package arrives damaged, an inspection process must be initiated with the courier service to validate the shipping insurance. Cocono Studio will evaluate the case to determine the corresponding compensation or refund based on the carrier's assessment.

  • Shipping Insurance: All our shipments are backed by coverage managed through our logistics platforms to protect the integrity of your purchase against major eventualities.
